Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of small cap companies listed on a U.S. exchange. The adviser defines "equity securities" to include common and preferred stock, American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), real estate investment trusts ("REITs"), and exchange-traded funds ("ETFs").
