The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Alpha Architect International Quantitative Value Index. The fund normally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index uses a 5-step, quantitative, rules-based methodology to identify a portfolio of approximately 40-50 undervalued non-U.S. equity securities or their depositary receipts with the potential for capital appreciation.
